As City Manager, Bob led the strategy and execution of the vison and plan for the Town Center development and made it a reality for Mill Creek. The growth of Town Center as a pedestrian-friendly shopping destination, as well as the development of other businesses along Mill Creek’s main corridors,  is a win-win-win. It  supports the City’s economic development goals. It  provides necessary tax revenue for city services. And it provides a key gathering place for the Mill Creek community and visitors to the City.
